In 2011 American Express had the lofty goal of creating a social-media aggregation platform for their small business customers.
The idea was simple, once you enter your business details and link your various social media accounts (yelp, open table, facebook etc.) we can easily help you navigate through all of their functionality in one simple location. I was brought in to develop the user “onboarding” user experience and further blow out the established art direction.
